HOW CAN I PAY?

We have a quick and easy checkout at The Flannel Couch. We accept Visa, MasterCard, as well as all other types of credit and debit cards.
Additionally, you can use Shop Pay (is a service of Shopify), Apple Pay, Facebook/Meta Pay for an express checkout experience.
If you have applied and been approved by Afterpay, we gladly accept four monthly interest-free payments via Afterpay.
We also accept Canada Post money orders by mail on a case by case basis. If you would like to pay by money order, please send us an email first at: info@theflannelcouch.com to make sure you qualify and that you have the correct address to mail your money order.

IS MY PRODUCT IN STOCK?

Absolutely! All products that are available for immediate purchase on our site are in-stock and available. We do not allow purchase when out of stock unless expressively indicated as a "Pre-Order".

WHAT'S SHIPPING GOING TO COST?

Great news! Shipping is FREE to you for CANADA orders of $100 or more!
If you don't hit the $100 mark this time, you pay actual shipping cost.
Shipping costs depends on your location, weight and size of your package, which is calculated at checkout. You can choose the shipping method you desire (in most cases, Canada Post or USPS).

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Yes, Eh! You'll receive a tracking code for your package with your shipping confirmation email from The Flannel Couch.
If you can't find your order confirmation or shipping confirmation email, please check out your promotions and other folders in your email associated with your order.
If you still cannot find an email from The Flannel Couch please send an email to: info@theflannelcouch.com and we will be happy to get you the info you need.

CAN I PICK UP MY ORDER?

Yes, when you select PICK-UP during checkout we will receive your order request, please allow for processing time. We will confirm the receipt of the order and will send an additional email once the order is ready for pick-up.

WHAT IF THE ITEM I WANT IS OUT OF STOCK?

We're always restocking our products and updating our website - so check back at a later time. You can also provide your email address on the product page of the item you want to purchase and we'll notify you once it's back in stock. All you need to do is check your inbox.

Our Story

Hello, my name is Emily and I was born and raised in beautiful Northern Ontario in Canada.

Our family lives in the Greater Sudbury area which is home to over 300 fresh water lakes, needless to say that nature is not in short supply in our neck of the woods.

I love PHOTOGRAPHY, it let me study beauty, light and poetry, however being a handmade maker it's one of the most rewarding feelings.
